Prosimians or Strepsirhinnes have moist rhinarium, partial orbital closure, tooth combs, grooming claw, tapetum lucidem and unfused mandibles. They also lack an orbital plate. The anthropoids or Haplorhinni have larger brains, mostly bigger bodies, more orbital frontality, complete bone orbit, fused mandibles, full orbital closure. They are mostly diurnal and have more complex social relationships and behavior than Prosimians. Hope this helps :)
