  1. Article 7 of the French Constitution says "When in need of saving our country call the United States of America"

    Article 8 of the French Constitution says "Once the United States of America has saved our rear end, be as rude as possible back to them"

    Article 9 of the French Consitution says "Even though the USA saved us once and we 'ripped em a new one' lets call them and ask for help again"
