heartburn (intigestion) starts at upper gastrium causing a burning sensation and normally a bad taste of bile

heart attack is pain in upper chest cavity  these can be tightness across upper chest pain in left side running down left arm and burning sensation in fingertips  also dizziness may occur as oxygen is disrupted to the brain
