  1. I found a good .pdf that explains it completely:

  2. OK,

    START or re-start of game

Both arms raised from straight ahead palms up = players to come onto court.

Hand pointing to server palm down or in, brought across chest + whistle = Server to serve.

    PLAY (Whistle first)

Palm up arm points to winning teams end, then indicates fault:

Arm extended, hand hand moved along line of base line = foot fault

Palm up point to floor = ball grounded in that court

Palm up points under net = incursion into opponents court

Palm brought to net = net touch

Palm over net = hand incursion

Both arms vertical, palms out = ball out

One arm vertical, palm out, + other hand sweeping upward over fingers = touched by defender on way out

2 Fingers held up = Player touched ball twice

4 Fingers held up = Team touched ball 4 times (excluding blocking)

Arm out palm raised upwards = player catching and lifting ball

Arms out, closed fists with thumbs up = replay due to indecision for point (poor refereeing) OR disruption to rally (foreign person, ball etc on court)

Arms crossed = end of set

Right arm brought across chest, Left behind back = change ends anticlockwise around ends of net

Arms parallel in from fists held together in monkey grip = end of match

    OTHER SIGNALS

Arm out finger stirring in circle = Rotational error

1 Arm vertical, other horizontal forming a "T", then open hand pointing to court = Time out called by that team

Horizontal arms rotating around each other = Substitution called by a Captain or Coach.

    Corner Flags

Pointing in and down = Ball IN

Pointing vertically up = Ball OUT

Pointing vertically up with other hand resting horizontally on top = Ball touched on way out

Flag held up and waved = Fault or problem identified, other hand indicates fault or problem (foot fault, point to ball on court)

  3. I have included the link below for the actual signals.  Most of the signal are just in or out or touch and loss of rally.
