What are the different theories regarding the beggining of the universe??

there are several but the most commonly used theory is the Big Bang Theory.

other theories include:

-Steady State (universe has always been and always will be)

-Multiple Big Bang (not just one big bang, but many)

most othwere theories that are come up with today are considered heracy and are immediately rejected even if the evidence is substancial. this is probably because humans are so scared of change, so sad =(

Nowdays, the only theory about the Universe that fits the data  (and there's now quite a lot of data) is the Big Bang theory.
