  Mostly they act either hyper or affectionate (l*****g or just coming up to you) when they are happy and when they are angry they will hiss, huff, puff up their fur, and may even bite.  When they are sad they tend to just sleep a lot and don't get up much except to eat or drink, and sometimes not even then.  When they are scared they will run to a corner or underneath something then keep their face towards the source of their fear so they can tell if it is coming to get them or not.
