What are the differnt ways through which you can gain common sence??

Common sense pretty much means you're born with it.

Sense is logic and can be learned to a degree.  Common sense means what is natural and normal to you.

my first impulse is to say you can't gain it or learn it.

but on second thought, maybe you can.

through things like not acting on impulse, learning from your mistakes, thinking about the possible consequences of an action before taking the action, so that you make the intelligent decisions and actions.

I always thought it was amusing that common sense is called "common" because it certainly seems to be pretty rare.

if you could bottle it and sell it, you could become a very wealthy person.

  AND THEN GRADUATING TO COMMON SENSE

I Think you misspelled it . If you didn't I will give another meaning ( LOL) not trying to criticize as all make mistakes but meaning would differ.

I have common sense.

But to tell you the truth, I gained common sense through life.

I do not think there is a way to learn it.

hmmm... tricky one. i'm tempted to say that you can't "gain"it, you just have it or you don't.

but maybe it can be learned.  it's just a matter of thinking about all matters logically, thinking about outcomes, possiblities, probabalities, risks. Analyse things and think about pros and cons. It's about outcomes which are the most sensible and obvious.

PS - common sense, not common sence.

Common sense comes with experience.One needs to be thoughtful,innovative,and have the potential and ability to see everything in a whole new different way,that covers all the necessary things to know,so that one doesn't miss out something important.A simple rule is:Observe-understand-double think over it-and conclude.

By being a commoner always without a bloated ego(that clouds/prevents enter of wisdom called commonsense!) and being open to experiences both inside and outside us. Learning on our own, by our self through our own experiences is the royal way to gain commonsense, no?
