What are the measurement requirements for luggage at Virgin Atlantic Airlines? I can't access the site right now due to maintenance so I was wondering if anyone could help me

  1. NB: For all departures from 1 April 2006 revised economy luggage allowances apply on Virgin Atlantic.

    Economy - Transatlantic Services:

    2 pieces of luggage at 23kg per piece.

    Economy - All Other Destinations:

    1 piece of luggage at 23kg.

    Total dimensions (length plus breadth plus height) of each item of luggage is not to exceed 158cms. For all individual pieces exceeding 23kg, excess baggage charges will apply.

    Premium Economy - Transatlantic Services:

    2 pieces of luggage per passenger each weighing up to 32kg (70lbs). Added together, the dimensions must not exceed 158cm (62in) per piece.

    Premium Economy - For Hong Kong/South Africa/Tokyo/Delhi/Shanghai

    A total maximum luggage weight of 23kg per person.

    Upper Class - Transatlantic/Caribbean/Nigerian

    Three pieces of luggage per passenger, each weighing up to 32kg (70lbs). When added together, the three dimensions of any piece of luggage must not exceed 158cm (62in).

    Upper Class - South Africa/Australia/Asia/Dubai

    A total maximum luggage weight of 30kg (66lbs) per passenger.
