  1. The address below will take you to FAA Advisory Circular 121-24C.  It tells you what is required on a passenger safety card.  The cards each airline constructs varies with the aircraft type and the presentations (pictures, diagrams, etc.)  Some cards for big aircraft are quite large 8 1/2  X 11 folded.  Some cards for small aircraft are small 5 X 8 (less equipment, exits, etc).  The important thing is that the information meets the AC and is perfectly legible to the average person without the aid of a magnifying glass.

  2. what safety card?  Are you talking about the informational brochure that they put in the seat back pockets to tell you how to work the emergency exits and such?  I don't believe there is a standard size.  Did you want to know the size for each airline?  Perhaps if you give us a bit more information, we can answer your question or refer you to someone who can.
