i sell them with two holes the most common is 8x8x16 inches.  i don't have the inner and 3d for you.  there are many variations available at a local hardware store.  basically the 8" is standard side

The most common size is 15 5/8" long, 7 5/8" tall, and 7 5/8" thick.  There are other sizes available as well.  The dimensions of the block account for a 3/8" mortar joint so that when you lay the block up you "course out" at even numbers on 8" increments.
