  1. you don't get enough protein if you're not careful. I was a vegetarian for a while but I ate fish. Make sure you eat things like beans or nuts to get your protein. And make sure you don't just eat fries instead of a healthy meat choice. That's just stupid.  


  2. Animal protein is complete protein but vegetable protein is mostly incomplete protein.  Iron and vitamin B12 can also be a problem.

    To be a healthy vegetarian you have to do it right and some people do it wrong.
