Increased chances of accidents, catching a sickness of some sort being out in the rain, better chance of you not doing an outside activity (beach, cookout etc)

More severe:

can cause floods, mudslides, landslides, conducts electricity for lightning and live wires.

This is too opinionated and circumstantial.

As if I am inside, it's a pro for it to be rainy outside; It's calming.

If I'm outside, being really wet would be a huge problem with me if it were raining.

You just get wet if you go out without your loved one.
