What are the disadvantages of raising the driving age in NZ?

Hello. The good thing is that is you get to learn how to drive before the age of drinking. I was brought up on a farm and been driving since i was 5 yrs old. The worst thing is kids behind that wheel at 15 think they can do anything. It is really dangerous as they need time to grow up first i think but in another way it is good. It is 16 years old in QLD.
