  1. You don't have a very good selection of classes.

    You get VERY, very lonely.

    Culture shock.

    Expense.

Really, that's all I can think of. Best experience of my life.

  2. dysentary, malaria, aids, whooping cough, chicken pox, food poisoning... just disease nuff said.

Studying abroad funnels money out of the U.S.

creates an enviornment where citizens could come to harm, i.e. framed for robbery, commiting offense we dont understand as an offense like exchanging money...some places thats a crime.

Places a citizen in an enviornment to come to physical harm for other's political gain. i.e. getting your head sawed off on the internet (you should clean that up for HS...)

Puts a citizen in a potential position to require the aide of the State Dept, costing the U.S. money, require the aide of the military, costing the U.S. big money

flip it a little, why would the us want to expose it's foriegn friends to the red-neck-get-drunk-and-break-your-junk people that might get to go abroad?

Expose our friends to the American attitude of what is right or wrong (Do not EVER try and stop a guy in a uniform from hitting someone with a five foot long cane...just if you ever get in the situation)

Expose our friends to possible disease that they do not have controls in place for.

    is this enough?need more?

  3. missing your family?

    isolated from your friends

a whole new strange world to get used to (adaptions)

    =) hope it helps lol
