What are the dodgy areas of Newcastle?

Fawdon and Cowgate look a little run down and I heard some parts of Kenton are packed with charvers but do any areas there match up with Easterhouse or Springburn in Glasgow?

I used to live in Gosforth (dead posh area lol).

some parts of the following are run down

walker, byker, wallsend, fenham, elswick, benwell

but there are some new estates being built all over these so it really depends on the actuall street
