  1. Save the Children UK, CARE International, UNDP, Oxfam, the International Red Cross/Red Crescent, and many other organizations are still working in the tsunami-affected areas.

  3. American Red Cross is still there helping the victims.  The program is administered in Washington, SC at their headquarters.  Usually it takes 6 years before help Red Cross will pull out.
