What are the driving restrictions for people under 21 in California?

Cannot drive between 11PM and 5 AM, and cannot drive minors under 20, unless an adult is present, for the first 12 months.

It should say on the back of your license.

theres no restrictions for you if your under 21 except no alcohol in your system at all! now if your under 18 you have to be back home before your city's curfew, and a provisional lisence is no driving between the hours of 1100 pm and 500 am unless accompanied by an adult. but since your 19 its only no alcohol hope this helped you out!

Im not sure whether this one is for under 18's or 21 but my brother (17) cannot drive between 11pm and 4am without an adult.

BTW it is a law, not just a rule by my parents.
