What are the dry counties (or cities) in North Georgia?

For instance I know that White county is dry, except the town limits of Helen where they have the Oktoberfest celebration. I know LaFayette city is dry but dalton isn't. It's all so confusing. Wikipedia doesn't help much but they do say:

Dry Georgia counties are:

Union, Murray, Dawson, Bulloch and Coweta (the last 2 partially dry.. whatever that means!) I can find great information on this in other states with dry counties, but there seems to be no solid info for Georgia. It sucks because I like to go hiking up in N Georgia and on the way back to Atlanta i like to try and stop someplace local to eat and have a beer and it appears to be hit or miss.

For once wikipedia is right - it's Union, Murray, Dawson, Bulloch and Coweta. Check out the websites for each county, they will be more informative :)
