  1. hmmm maybe always smile in front of customers(that is so important),great them sir or mam when they are ordering,whatever they do dont shout at them

  5. When I worked in a restaurant many many years ago.....

    The service crew was to do the following:

    Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages

    Inform customers about daily specials

    Suggest desserts and beverages

    Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff

    Prepare and serve foods at customers tables

    Present bill to customers and accept payment

    Maintain clean and well organized service areas (tables) and food storage

    Clean equipments, utensils, storerooms
