What are the earliest signs of pregnancy, and how early are they?

at 3 weeks pregnant I had swollen tender b*****s and a lot of cramping.

My veins in my breast stood out like sore thumbs.. what I mean by that is they were very, very bright blue!

I have always just known !! , A woman's instinct type feeling ..

Physically a few days before period was due , I got moody and my b***s get a little heavier than usual.

There are sooo many symptoms people have noted thow its hard as every woman is different hun . Good luck tho . x*x .

I had sore, tender b*****s, and frequent urination after about 2 weeks. Nausea didn't set in till the middle of my first trimester, and the same with exhaustion.
