What are the earliest symptoms you've had?

If my cycle is on track (and if I'm actually pregnant) I conceived on 8/29. Implantation would be 9/5 and my missed period would be 9/12. Can I have symptoms before implantation? It feels like forever until I can take a pregnancy test and I was wondering if there is anything I can look for ahead of time!! I read that headaches and tender b*****s are some of the first symptoms but how early would they be?

my first indication was darker aereolas (nips). I got out of the shower one day, looked in the mirror and went...huh, that's new!

My earliest symptom was sore tingly kind b*****s and was about the day i was suppose to get my period. I am usually constipated and i was passing gas. ( sorry ) that was really weird for me. I got a positive 1 day after my missed period. Relax and remember a miracle will happen when you least expect it. Baby dust!!!!!!!!!!

I actually started feeling the pregnancy symptoms when I was about 7 weeks pregnant. It's different for everyone.  All of my symtoms were exactly the same as the ones I get before my normal period, so it was hard to tell for me.
