  1. it can...but mostly it makes you fat!


  2. Anything "white" in the kitchen has potential for making you puffy.  White flour, white sugar, powdered sugar, white rice, white potatoes.  Avoid these "puffy-fying" foods.


  3. i always drink freshly juice sugar cane when i go to china town. tastes good and there is no puffiness. i guess its prob not good to have it all the time considering how much natural sugar is in them
