What are the effects of an explosion on a person nearby?

I mean when you are not by the explosion but close enough to feel it -about fifty metres away.

  1. well... i hope you were not near one but . i think the heat and smoke would be the worst think that happens to you. if you body is no thrown i see no chances of trauma


  2. well it would really depend on the type of explosive .

    but some commonalities between explosives would be you would feel a shock wave large enough to sweep you off your feet. you  would have impaired hearing if not total loss. you may be impaled by shrapnel and you may have serious burn or even radiation poisoning. worst case scenario you die but again really depends on what kinds of bomb
