  1. a warmer earth, extinction of species, more severe weather

  2. WE ALL DIE MANN!!! no just kidding!well its pretty bad just google it k?

  3. That's like asking how we are affected by a flat earth.

    Read the WSJ today.

The average temperature at the very most has increased by only 0.36F and that is if you believe in the junk science put out by the media. Take a look at Greenland which is always used by the global warming loons. Its temperature has not been going up as is commonly believed but is going down. Look at the case of polar bears. Their population is at an all time high. This does not quite go with the thinking of the global warming nuts so it is ignored.

Look at who promotes global warming! Almost all will gain polically or financially if this myth is kep alive. Look at those who oppose it. Most have done so with almost no benefit to them or their families.

  4. idc

  5. the earth is becoming hotter because the pollution in the air which means the green house gas drops the protective shield of the 0 zone layer which stops the harmful rays of the sun and the hotter it gets the more ice it melts in North and south pole

  6. I Think 'global warming' is non-existing.

Its just nature in my opinion and another way for people to make money.

Dont get concerned over it, well i wouldn't

  7. ice caps melt raising the water level, and covering land... Florida will be gone eventually.

  8. Democrats are exadgerating global warming. What do you think happens when its warm outside? Thats your answer.*

  9. Global Warming is made up by the Democrats because they have to be afraid of everything.

  10. George's eyes get red

  11. Antartica is melting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  12. Well.. there are several.

Rising sea levels due to polar ice caps melting - so coastal communities are slowly disappearing.

Weather patterns get a little wackier due to the changes of atmospheric levels in all layers, so currents carrying precipitation slowly adjust. This results in increased extreme weather situations as warm and cool currents collide more often.

The rising temperature also prolongs a healthy season for parasites and insects.. if a certain population reaches a large enough size, it can easily wipe out entire monoculture crops and plant species (take the Mountain Pine Beetle epidemic for instance in the North-Interior of British Columbia).

Certain species are at risk for extinction - not just in the Arctic.

Temperature effects everything - atmospheric conditions, parasitic and bacterial populations, precipitation, the hydrology of a forest ...

Its impossible to know what all of the effects are... really.. an increasing temperature effects just about everything.

  13. its a cycle of the earth don't concern your self about it first they said we were going to freeze to death to we are going to bake

  14. SIMPLE.

It us people that do it

And it will be us that must stop it

  15. oh just the aid in the destruction of the planet

    but you know

    nothing big

    *saracasm*

  16. i suggest you type exactly what you just said into google..

will save some 12 year old doing it themselves and copying and pasting it on here for you.. and passing it off as their own answer

  17. We can't do anything about it, so don't worry! Its tall about sun patterns. I could go on, but I won't...

  18. Many of the artic animals are dying-the cute polar bears and penguins :(. Sea levels will rise cuz of the melting ice and could flood beaches in florida and cali. and other places around the world, the ozone layer will eventualy diminsh and cause harm to our planet, the global temp. will rise and many more droughts wil occru especailly in sub-saharan africa.

  19. Al Gore and those companies that profess "going green" get rich.  That's about it.

  20. u feel warmer at both north and south poles

  21. 1. increasing oceanic temperatures

    2. increasing terrestrial temperatures

    3. acidification of the oceans (ie. decrease in pH levels)

    4. ice melts

    5. rising sea levels

    6. loss of habitat

    7. death of oceanic micro-organisms, which sustain the entire food web

    8. changing climatic conditions (El nino and La nina )

    9. extreme weather conditions

    10. shift in rainfalls (ie. localized droughts & flooding)

    11. plant and animal extinction

    12. agricultural hardships and losses

    13. economic losses

    14. negative impacts on human health

And that's just the summarised version.

  22. the world ending

  23. It makes people ask dumb questions on Yahoo Answers.

  24. That's a very good question--------- none ------ is the answer.

  25. ice berg will melt causing water level to rise.... and cover up some low areas in earth.......

  26. It amazes me that people still believe that Climate Change is not happening or that human industrial activity (releasing greenhouse gases) is not the primary cause.

Thousands of scientists at the IPCC from countries across the planet have spent almost 20 years meticulously proving this fact. They won the Nobel peace prize for goodness sake!

The only way to protect the planet and future generations is to slow and stop humanity's influence on climate change. That will require MAJOR reductions in greenhouse gas emissions, which come from our cars, our factories, our dirty coal fired power plants, methane from food in landfills (compost it instead), methane from cows (they cause more emissions than cars since we have so many cows due to our insatiable desire for beef), deforestation (the trees help absorb the CO2, but places like the rainforests are being cut down to make room for cattle grazing and growing biofuels, which by the way are nearly as bad as gasoline in terms of pollution but are worse because they are creating food shortages and huge hikes in grain prices in countries that cannot afford this - so they might go hungry).. etc, etc..

We need to embrace sustainable products. We need to produce our energy with wind, sun, wave and geothermal. We need to drive less and stop over heating or over cooling our homes. We need to recycle everything.

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE NEED TO STOP CONSUMING SO MUCH!

Everything you buy and consume requires precious resouces and energy to make.

Disposable objects make no sense. REDUCE and REUSE

Did you know that IN NATURE , there is NO SUCH THING AS WASTE? NO such thing! It is all a natural cycle and everything is used, every step of the way.

Humans invented the concept of waste. We need to eliminate that concept.

  27. it makes the snow melting and it make more pollution or for more info. go to yahoo.com and search global warming

  28. gradual increase in the average temperature of the earths atmosphere, and its oceans,a change that is believed to be permanently changing the earths climate forever
