What are the effects of staying up all day and all night? and lack of sleep?

i wanted to noe the health effects of staying up all day and all night......the longest i have stayed up for 2 days straight .......and i usualy only get an average of like 4-7 hours of sleep daily

  1. Not sleeping for longer periods of time can cause hallucinations. Your body will be generally weaker and it's not at all healthy.


  2. One time, I was awake for 34 hours and was nearly hallucinating. Not a good idea. We all need our sleep to be healthy.

  3. I know lack of sleep can make you manic.

    BTW im staying up all day and all night. Its 5:20 am right now and Im not going to sleep!!! lol
