  1. Sertraline (brand name "Zoloft") is a SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor), usually used to treat depression or social anxiety disorder.

    Adderall on ther other hand is a drug used primarily to treat ADHD and narcolepsy. Adderall has also been in a limited capacity with varying results in cases of severe treatment resistant unipolar depressions.

    One is a inhibitor: Zoloft.

    The other is a stimulant: Adderall, which has a chemical structure similiar to cocaine or ritalin.

    All I'd say is, consult a doctor, or even a pharmicist.
