The previous answer is correct. Also consider this - our bodies are part of the earch and reflect it's composition. Virtualy every element on the periodic table is in our bodies (in trace amounts - even radioactive elements) . Our bodies constantly lose and gain atoms - your body of a couple years ago is now composed of new elements. We "change" with each breath and bite of food we take (and excrete).

It's amazing.

18.6% Carbon

9.7% hydrogen

3.2% nitrogen

1.8% calcium

there are many others as well, but in percentages of 1 or less.
