What are the employee break laws in IL?

I am trying to find out what the laws/regulations are concerning paid and unpaid breaks in Illinois. I thought it was something like a 15 minute paid break and 30 minute unpaid for each 8 hour shift worked. Is this correct? If not, what are the correct break guidelines?

Unless you are unionized, there are NO federal or state regulations regarding breaks. The only requirement is to offer  a safe work environment
