for web hosting and domain registeration it would cost you about .... 1000-1200 Rs for one year ... there are free hosting and domains availiable .....but they would be supported by ads so it would be better to go for this small payment ....and website designing charges varies according to the quality of the site

http://www.free-webhosts.com/ gives a lots of free webhosts (with and with out ads) . Most of hosts have their PAY hosting scheme which will give you the cost and also mention the facilities it gives (like : active script or sql or server information).
