jewel tones and deep color, try a deep red, even go for a dark emerald for spice, the correct use of black would also lok really good for this season. OPI has some nice colors out, i would check those out,

Dark color's. I have a couple Midnight Plum Valentine Red and Onyx. Revlon do the darks well.
