Spain has the second most UNESCO protected sites in the world, after Italy, so there are too many to make a complete list.  As for why are they tourist sites, well they are things people like to see, so people will pay money and take the time to go see them.

The largest tourist draw in Spain is the Alhambra, in Granada, a Moorish fortress.  Barcelona is really lovely, and all the Gaudi places are well worth seeing.  There are many natural beauties to see, caves, beaches, mountains, ancient olive groves etc.
