What are the fastest marathons?

The St. George marathon in Utah is listed as one of the "10 fastest marathons" by a running magazine, but I never found the other "fast" marathons.

My question is what other (accredited) marathons are fast marathons? Presumably this means the marathons that have the greatest elevation drop from start to finish (though there could be other factors). European and USA marathons are most interesting to me, but worldwide is OK too.

Chicago is known for being flat and fast.I've done it twice.Lot's of fun!

I dont know to much about marathons but I know the New York and Boston marathongs are pretty huge.
