  1. Read the directions.

It's all in there, all you have to do is make a little effort.

  2. There are some little fees; $1.95, .50, .25 but in the end after you list your product it can cost you anywhere from $3.50 to $5.15, so make sure your selling products with good profit margins.

  3. The fees are generally quite low, unless you're selling something extremely expensive (like a house or car). A low-starting value bare-bones listing, without any of the bells and whistles you can add, will likely cost you about $.50 or so. Most people at least add a gallery picture, for $.25, since that attracts many more people to your item. So all together, your fee will probably be under $1.

You can go through the process of listing your item, see how much the final fee will be, and then change your mind if it's too high, before you submit it. That's really the only way to see exactly what you'll be charged.

The invoice isn't an extra fee, it's just a notice of the fees, payments you've made, and so on.

If you are paid via Paypal (most sellers prefer this), I believe a small percentage of the payment is taken out as a fee (something like 2.9% IIRC). Which, if you think about it, is just a few cents per dollar. It's not too bad.
