What are the financial requirements to qualify for a grant or aid for college?

I live in texas and am looking for help to go back to school where do i look and what are the requirements

A grant is free money to go to college because you and your family is  poor.  Apply at http://fafsa.ed.gov

You must be a us citizen or eligible non citizen and not be defaulted on previous student loans or owe on a previous grant from withdrawing from classes.  You must have a fair GPA of any previous college coursework and probably a million other things im forgetting now.  read this book.
