  1. Do you have a rugby ball ?

Sounds simple but handling a rugby ball, kicking, and passing off both hands - basic skills, will help when you turn up to your first training run.

Its just fun to have your own ball so you can have a kick around with mates.

  2. I coach a high school girls team...let your coach tell you exactly what s/he expects of you.  If you get a good coach, they will walk you through everything.  I'd rather have someone come in who knows nothing...and admits it, than someone who thinks they know more than they do.

  3. ball handling ,running passing

  4. ok the first step is get the book How to play rugby my way by Johney Wilkinson its just the easiest way for me 2 tell you without writing a book!

  5. Rugby...What exactly is a rugby?
