What airlines has the best benefits? What airlines treats it's employees the best?

Benifits? What are they. The best benefit you get in the airline industry is the flight benefits. But, the only problem with them are you fly stand by, meaning if the plane is full you don't go. and the flight to the good destinations always full.

Avoid the airline industry entirely.  The 'benefits' are a joke and the working enviornment is horrible.

Southwest may be the only exception.
