  1. First of these are not elements. These are called compounds. More specifically ionic compounds.

    Permanganate- MnO4 -It's a strong oxidicer- Used in redox reactions

    Chlorate- ClO3- powerful oxidicer-

    Carbon Tetrachloride- CCl4- used in fire extinguishers

    They all can be bough in any chemical store.
