  1. You will need carbs before and after work-outs. It's funny how people left them out.

Eat a meal that is 15% fat, 20% protien, 65% Carbs, before your work out. Eat 20% fat, 40% protien and 40% carbs your work out.

NO2 is in Viagra, and has been proven to help blood flow. Better blood flow = better Oxygen supply and nutrients to muscles, which allows you to work out longer, better, and recover in less time.

  2. not sure about the supplement, but my friend had a high protein diet - lots of eggs and tuna for him!

  3. boiled chicken. all protien. vegitables and alot more protien lol. work out alot though these diets dont work without alot of energy use and muscle stimulation

  4. it depends on the fighter some can eat high protein, bc they dont need to cut weight or they actually need to gain muscle, some guys eat nothign but water, and salads, granola,

it would all depend on the fighter, his weight class, and what he is trying to do, just hte basics are not junk food, no soda, no sugar , not to many crabs, or greasy/ faty meats

NO2, Nitros Oxide or something like that, it basically increase the size of all ur veins, so that they can cary more blood to your muscles, this stuff will give ur relay huge nasty looking veins that people can see from a mile away, the idea is with bigger veins ur body can transport more blood, faster to ur muscles during exercise which should help ur endurance, power, and over all performance
