Check u.s embassy web-site , for tourist visa you need to fill form DS-156 , and attch all supportive document , eg: your morgage statements, your bank statements, letter from employer , gas -ele bills, as many documents as you can provide to support your visa application.

the main object is , when you go for interview they should feel that your intention is just for tour, you will not going to stay in u.s.a

if you are able to create that impression in first go, you are through..

When you go to a HDFC Bank, please bring your passport with you or a photocopy of the bio-data page of the applicant's passport if you are assisting an applicant

At the HDFC Bank, the VFS Service Charge can be paid in cash or by Demand Draft/HDFC Bank check that favors the "HDFC Bank a/c VFS"
