These are all 6 inch formulas.  For the footlong formulas just double the amount.

Turkey-3 turkey

Turkey Ham- 2 turkey, 2 ham

Club-2 turkey, 1 ham, 2 roast beef

Roast Beef-3 roast beef

Ham-4 ham

BMT-3 pepperoni, 3 salami, 2 ham

Spicy-5 pepperoni, 5 salami

Tuna-2-2.5 oz scoops

Seafood-2-2.5 oz scoops

Prime Rib-2.5 oz prime rib

Chicken Bacon-2.5 oz chicken, 2 slices bacon

BLT-4 slices bacon

Turkey Bacon-3 turkey, 2 bacon

Chicken Teriyaki-3.25 oz chicken

it depends on the sandwich like a sub club 6" you get 2 pieces of turkey on slice of ham and 2 of roast beef, double for a foot long
