I'd have to agree with that...but here's my order:

1. Notre Dame

Lets not forget about that mid-major power in Marshall. A team that lost its entire program in that devastating crash. A year or so earlier was booted from the MAC conference, then the team was so horrible they dropped a division into the Southern Conference and still lost something like 17 to 20 or more consecutive conference games. Until the early 80's when things turned around and Marshall started winning games big time and then during the 90's was either the second or third in most victories only to jump up to division 1a again winning 10 games thier first year and going undefeated in their second year.

Also most storied programs involve Michigan, Notre Dame, and Ohio St

along with Forida State to name a few.
