    1. Apex - tip of the leaf

    2. Blade or Lamina - the flat part of the leaf (the leaf p***e in layman's term)

    3. Petiole - the stalk that holds the leaf

    4. Base - base of the leaf

    5. Leaf Sheath

    6. Leaf Margin

    Anatomy

    1. Cuticle layer - outer layer of the leaf that reflects extreme UV rays

    2. Palisade Layer - leaf layer that contains the chlrorenchyma cells that aids in trapping lights

    3. Epidermal Layer - next layer to cuticle layer that provides support and strong hold on inner layers.

    4. Spongy Mesophyll Layer - leaf layer for gas and other nutrients exchange

    5. Vascular Bundles - aids in transfer of nutrients and water
