  1. Canada pays more, but it is worth it because you see things in Canada you cannot see in the states.  Hence, to go by gas price is comparing apples with oranges.

  2. Canada pays more. =(

    USA pays about $1.07

    Canada pays about $1.35

  3. The first lady is partial correct, our gas is measured in liter, and is $1.40 per liter on this holiday weekend, it always goes up on these ocassions.

    Multiply 4 X $1.40 to reach a comparable price, so ours would be $5.60 gallon Cn or $5.50 US.

  4. It is more expensive. When you convert the prices to the same units, USA pays around $1.07/L and Canada pays from $1.35 up to $1.50 a L in some places.

  5. More.  In BC, the Carbon Tax on fuel begins in July which will increase the price by another 2.4 cents/litre or 10 cents/gallon.

    FYI, a litre is about he same size as a quart.  Just a snidge smaller.

  6. Its way more expensive since they don't do a gallon;

    :D

    ...why the thumbs downs?
