What are the gates called at the entrance to a western ranch?

I'm referring to the gates with the ranch name or brand on top. They're in an upside-down "U" shape (squared off "U") and cross the road leading up to the ranch. Is there a specific word or name? Or is it just "the gate at the entrance of the ranch."

I would say "main gate", or "entrance gate".

I've never heard it called anything specific.

The upsidedown u is probably a horseshoe, but it shouldn't be upside down, the good luck spills out.
