Green spotted skin (G) is completely dominant to pink spotted skin(g).

Dark toe nails (D) is completely dominant to light colored toe tails (d).

A male with Blue teeth, pink spotted skin and Dark toe nails mates with a female that has Blue teeth, pink spotted skin and Dark toe nails.

They have 2 offspring

Their first child has white teeth and dark toe nails.

Their second child has Blue teeth and light colored toe nails.

    Because kid 2 has light color and d is a recessive gene, both parents have to be heterozygous for toe nail color and therefore their genotype has to be Dd.
