Way below your budget- at 75 Rs(1 year ago price) but try MTR. If you havent been or heard of the place.. you are missing sometime. And its close to Lal bagh, so you can walk off some of the heaviness afterwards too!

So, thats MTR- for Mavalli Tiffin Room, in front of 1 of the Lal bagh main gates. Be prepared for 4 round, unbelievably heavy but delicious veggie meal though :)
