What are the good companies to repair leaking windows in Dallas/Plano area.?

I have 3 windows that leak when raining. Today had a guy come out for an estimate. He said that they are not repairable metal windows ( 8 years old) and need to be replaced. He wants $3300 for 3 windows!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help!!!

I recommend world of windows in Grand prarie.  I had all the windows in my house (14 + 2 sliding doors) for $7000.  They are great windows too.
