  1. Showing up for class and doing the work assigned.

  2. here are some tips on what i did to keep a 3.9 GPA throughout my college years...

    1.  take tons of notes in class.  then later THAT SAME NIGHT, do the homework, and re-write your notes.  its all about repetition.

    2.  books that you need to read - where #1 does not really help, such as history, psychology, etc - my thoughts are that books do not work while you are sitting on a couch or in bed.  go to a library, and get the hardest, most uncomfortable wooden chair that they have.  books work best when read on these chairs, for some reason.

    3.  make friends with the nerds and geeks.  if you do that, then they will help you understand certain things that your professors were not able to...

    4.  make study sessions for exams with friends.  if your exam is on a friday, 2 study sessions should be on tuesday and wed.  thursday should be strictly for review, and getting help for the very few things that you were not able to grasp the concepts.

    5.  dont fall behind.  study all of your subjects every night.  if you "cram" for them, you will forget what you crammed in the day after the exam.  if you study constantly, getting help when problems come up, you will not have a need for all night cram sessions.

    6.  take a 10 minute break for every 50 - 60 minutes of continuous study time.

    7.  get some classical music on in the background or on your ipod.

    8.  get plenty of rest...

    good luck!

  4. 1. Time Management is very essential in studying. Budget your time. Prioritize the important things.Do not do things tomorrow which you what you can in fact do today.

    2. Make some advance reading at night not in the morning. Don do rush studies. Studying in the morning is for short term retention only while studying at night, its for longer retention.

    3. Make follow up studies at home about what you've discuss.

    4. Listen to what your teacher says. There's no need to take down notes of what your teacher had said. Just listen to your teacher. Beleive me, the taking down notes is a disturbance with your concentration.

    5. Pray!

  5. after evry prgrph u reed

take notes to summarize on that topic.

  6. Do this: Study first then play later! Trust me, it is less stressing when doing something else for fun without the worry of your homework
