  1. The greatest need for single parents is help looking after their children 24 -7.

  2. Affordable Childcare

  3. Single parents need a good support system and some time to just relax and do NOTHING.

They need help with cleaning, cooking and laundry because if they are smart enough to take time for themselves (in a smart responsible way I mean), they need help with all the extra day-to-day domestic stuff.

    Trust me, I know.

  4. Time, most single parents need time for themselves! A few hours out away from the children!

A trusted true way of screening sitters!

  5. An adult to talk to!!

  6. some of the obvious things are love and nurturing. But children need food and a stable inviornment! If that parent doesn't have a good job or afford the child, recomend them putting the child in foster care. SO that way the child is still their child it's just with someone else who keep the child together untill you can support it. if it's really bad consider adoption.

But, if your taking advice from ametures like me i would get lesson or just ask your employer not to recomend you for these types of jobs.

  7. One of the greatest needs of single parents is patience and compassion. Doing it on your own can get 10xs more rough than rasing a child with a partner because you don't have someone to turn to when you are tired,or sick,or just run down from everyday activities.I don't know if you were asking for this need or something material but this is what I think is one of the greatest needs of single parents. I commend those who raise children on their own! Takes a lot of guts and love to do it and you guys are great for doing it!!!

  8. Help with the kids. Either babysitting, or help with the house chores. A hubby is like your back-up. So just step in when you see her looking tired, and offer to make dinner, fold laundry, or take the kids to the park for an hour so she can rest. There's no gift I'd like more than a nap.

  9. Stability and security.
