    well, usually in a  muslim country most people will know that you are serving hala food is when you're a muslim...or the country that you come from or the food that your are serving..

    In asia(singapore) where there are mix races living close to each other.. a certification is the best way to see if the food served is hala :http://www.muis.gov.sg/cms/services/hal....

    you should have the details there...

    anyway, Halal food is more than just the way the aniamls are killed it is also the methods of which the food is cook ( if the pots and pans and plates are ever tounch by non halal food)...
